ALIENS INTROVERTS
Dear all,
We are not shy , under confident , loner , misfit or assholes for that matter . Its just that our social interactions have high transaction cost.
We need time to start chatting with another human species . No we are not aliens , we are introverts. We cant be your friend on fly , or you wont see us trying to build bridges with random strangers . Because our brain doesn’t work that way!!
We like friends okay? We do like having them, but we hate making friends….cant we just skip that part???????
But this is not because we are shy alright?
Lets get it straight: being shy and introverted and are two different concepts. Trust me even extroverts can be shy!! shy people like being with others , they just have social anxiety and we on the other hand? we actually hate human interaction 90% of the time. Yeah 90, there is a 10% exception to it. See like here , there are many conceptual misunderstandings about us , its not like we completely hate interactions and always prefer to be in hibernation , or we just hate the socially accepted fun concepts of partying and celebration, but thats not true ! We do like them but….. conditions applied. And well we are quickly drained and exhausted by this .
It is also very annoying that people fail to read us and so they write their own story , a theory based on their assumptions and obtained by judging us. We hate being constantly judged!! Well , how much we are annoyed by people judging us , we are guilty of doing the exact same thing most of the time.
we are sorry okay?, but we don’t quite associate humans!!
we are considered to connect well with other introverts. well maybe , it is a possibility , not denying it completely. but mostly when we acknowledge each others presence its like we know we are similar and its comforting to know but we did rather not discuss it .
we also love how it is progressively becoming okay to be an introvert we are finally getting socially accepted it seems . but this is quite a slow change we still encounter many saying we are rude , high maintenance , boring people . we are not boring ! Its just that you haven’t unlocked our fun versions yet!!
we know more than we say and observe more than you know!
so please, hate the introversion but don’t hate the introverts.
